Main objective
To develop a variety of biotechnological tools (molecular bioindicators) for the assessment of the efficiency of a bioremediation process of soils polluted with organic compounds.
Specific objectives
(I) To develop molecular bioindicators of the structural biodiversity of the soil microbial communities.
(II) To develop bioindicators (microbial biomass C, ATP) of soil microbial biomass.
(III) To test the validity of these bioindicators to assess the efficiency of a bioremediation (biostimulation) process of soils polluted with hydrocarbons.
